SCA Decision No. 23 of 2020 concerning crypto assets activities

SCA Decision No. (23) of 2020 concerning crypto assets activities aims to regulate the Offering, issuing, listing, and trading of Crypto Assets in the UAE and related Financial Activities.

It applies to:

1. Anyone who offers, issues, or promotes crypto assets in the UAE

2. Anyone who provides crypto custody services and/or operates a crypto fundraising platform and/or operates a crypto asset exchange in the UAE, in each case as specified in the regulation

3. Anyone who conducts other financial activities in the UAE in respect of crypto assets and as further detailed in chapter (7) of the regulation.
